Tori Duke - President/Owner: Quick witted with an infectious laugh, Tori brings southern charm to The Savory Cafe. But she's all business when necessary. She insists on consistency, so if you loved it the first time, she promises you'll love it the next time too!
Tori comes from many years in catering sales, but her proud history began in the family restaurant business in Louisville, Kentucky. With 20 plus years experience, Tori calls herself the girl Friday of the restaurant business. She has happily waited tables, cooked, bartended and even washed dishes in states from coast to coast. Strongly rooted in southern cooking, Tori's travels have exposed her to diverse regional foods which she infuses into The Savory Cafe's "down-home with a twist" menu.
Kristi Wisterman - Head Cook/Kitchen Manager: Kristi's love of cooking shines through in everything she does. We call her "The Machine" as she just never stops! She loves that Tori stresses consistency as it is something she expects from herself and insists on from her cooks. Not only does Kristi very capably run the kitchen, but she's a big part of our catering work, and bakes all of our extraordinary house-made muffins!
Tamara Harrell - Floor Manager: With a winning smile and a charming Texas drawl, Tamara somehow manages to multi-task on a regular basis! Not surprising as she has been in the restaurant business for many years. Coming to us from Texas, Tamara was drawn to the Savory Cafe's touch of southern charm. She started as a server and has grown into a competent and much needed part of our management team. Not only does she manage the lunch rush by assisting servers, expediting food and cashiering, she also jumps in to find a rushed guest a quick table - and might even take their order to move things along more quickly! Tamara also waits tables herself at breakfast and effortlessly moves into her managment role at lunch to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
